Secondary Market Annuities Offer Safe Returns from Highly Rated S&P Insurance Companies
Secondary market annuities are an excellent alternative investment for savvy individuals. The majority of the annuities we offer for sale are paid out by highly rated insurance companies listed on the S&P. All structured settlement annuity transfers require a court order before being approved. The investor's name goes directly in the court order thus ensuring that payment is made to the investor or entity listed in the order as payments become due. Once approved most insurance companies will issue an acknowledgment letter to all interested parties recognizing the new payee. In some cases the insurance company will require that a stipulation be signed by all parties and this will act in lieu of or in addition to the acknowledgment letter. Please refer to the deal number when inquiring about a specific annuity. Although not often, occasionally proposed transactions are no longer available due to a court denial or due to the original annuitant backing out of the transaction. In such an instance the investor's deposit would be returned in it's entirety. Our inventory is generally updated about once per week. We invite you to subscribe to our mailing list below. If you have any questions or would like to discuss one of the available annuities please call +1 (302) 200-0460 or contact us via our general contact form.

* Deal numbers that end with “LC” are life contingent payments that will be secured with a life insurance policy that is collaterally assigned to the investor.
* The purchase price is linked to the closing date which is inevitably subject to change; however the nominal rate of return will remain intact.
* In order to be fair to all investors that may want to bid, transactions are only taken off the board after an investor agreement has been signed along with a matching deposit.
* For simplicity the Purchase Price is rounded up or down.
